Premieres Feb. 19 on HBO

The show will revolve around a young comedian whose wife leaves him for an Italian boxer named Rocco.

 

12. Big Little Lies

Premieres Feb. 19 on HBO

While Madeline and Celeste take new in town single mom Jane under their wing, none of them realises how the arrival of Jane and her inscrutable little boy will affect them all. Big little lies is a brilliant take on ex-husbands and second wives, schoolyard scandal, and the dangerous little lies we tell ourselves just to survive.

 

13. The Good Fight

Premieres Feb. 19 on CBS All Access

The series follows Christine Baranski as Diane Lockhart, as she is forced out of Lockhart, Decker, Gussman, Lee, Lyman, Gilbert-Lurie, Kagan, Tannebaum, & Associates after an enormous financial scam destroys the reputation of her goddaughter Maia (Rose Leslie) and Diane's savings, leading them to join Lucca Quinn (Cush Jumbo) at one of Chicago’s pre-eminent law firms.

 

14. Taken

Premieres Feb. 27 on NBC

The action series based on Luc Besson's franchise with Liam Neeson is a prequel that follows the young Green Beret named Bryan Mills (Clive Standen) as he learns those "very particular set of skills" he will utilize in the future.

 

15. Iron Fist

Premieres March 17 on Netflix

Danny Rand returns to New York City after being missing for years, trying to reconnect with his past and his family legacy. He fights against the criminal element corrupting his world around him with his incredible kung-fu mastery and ability to summon the awesome power of the fiery Iron Fist.

 

16. Handmaid's Tale

Premieres April 26 on Hulu

The series revolves around Offred, one of a small group of fertile women kept in sexual servitude by the male ruling class of a fundamentalist society called Gilead. In Gilead, women have been stripped of all rights, and Offred and the other Handmaids are at constant risk of being sent off to concentration camps.

 

17. Star Trek: Discovery

Premieres in May on CBS All Access

Set roughly ten years before the events of Star Trek the original series, and standing apart from the timeline of the current feature films, Star Trek: Discovery follows the crew of the starship USS Discovery, while exploring an event previously mentioned in the history of the original Star Trek timeline.

At a predominantly white Ivy League college, a diverse group of students navigate various forms of racial and other types of discrimination.

 

19. Feud

Premieres in 2017 on FX

The first season, entitled Bette and Joan, will center around the backstage battle between Joan Crawford and Bette Davis during the production of their 1962 film What Ever Happened to Baby Jane?.

Set in a single room of an average American hotel, Room 104 tells a different story of the assorted characters who pass through it in each episode.
